UK Delivery:
Free UK delivery on all orders over £40.00 (Royal Mail 48 hr service)
Standard delivery £3.95 (Royal Mail 48 hr service)
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail 48 hr service. Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless advised via our website banner or via confirmation email. Tracking details provided. Queries to orders@olew.co.uk
In the unlikely event that a parcel is delayed beyond Royal Mail's estimated 48 hour service, we ask that you wait 10 working days to allow the parcel to arrive before contacting us, whereupon we shall send a replacement for the missing order.
Outside of the UK (including EU and non EU): Please ensure you select International Shipping at checkout. We ship via courier, who aim to deliver to you within 4-21 working days. Tracking details provided. Please note that duties may apply to international orders upon arrival in destination country. For orders to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE please email elinor@olew.co.uk as local fulfilment may be possible. Queries to orders@olew.co.uk
Royal Mail Christmas posting dates: Royal Mail's last orders for postage on our standard 48 hr service is Friday, 19th December. All orders submitted before 12.00 on 19th December will be posted on that day. Orders will continue to be processed until 20th December, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please double check your delivery address before placing an order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you enter an invalid or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any associated re-shipping costs. Additionally if you do not collect your order from your post office, you will be responsible for any associated re-shipping costs.
