Refund policy

Returns and refunds: We hope that you are happy with your Olew! If you have any questions please email orders@olew.co.uk.

We do not accept returns on open or used products, unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Paypal fees: Paypal charges sellers a processing fee with every purchase this means if we issue a refund PayPal still keep the processing fee therefore this processing fee will be deducted from each refund. Yes, I know it sucks but its not me its Paypal!

Stockist purchases: If you have purchased Olew through one of our stockists and find a fault please contact them directly.

Postage: For all returns the purchaser will be liable to pay for return postage.

Refund: Unless the product is faulty, the refund will only be made in store credit.

Discount codes: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that discount codes are correctly applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively and no refunds will be issued for incorrect use of valid discount codes.
